反应釜的材质一般有碳锰钢(内衬搪瓷)、不锈钢、锆、镍基合金及其它复合材料,广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品等许多行业,反应釜的搅拌器有锚式、框式、桨式、涡轮式,刮板式,组合式等;密封装置可采用机械密封、填料密封等密封结构;反应釜的加热、冷却可采用夹套、盘管、米勒板等结构;加热与冷却方式有:蒸汽、电加热、导热油、水、冷冻盐水等,以满足耐酸、耐高温、耐磨损、抗腐蚀等不同工作环境的工艺需要。
